    • Grow your career as a leader by learning how to manage yourself, hire and coach employees, and create a diverse and collaborative workplace.
  • Course 3: Developing Your Leadership Philosophy
    • Define and share your own authentic leadership philosophy in this hands-on course.
  • Course 4: Leading Effectively
    • Become a more effective leader using the concept of "leadership capital": a deliberate approach to investing your time and energy in your team members.
  • Course 5: Leading with Emotional Intelligence
    • Get concrete techniques for boosting your emotional quotient (EQ) to better lead teams, work with peers, and manage up.
  • Course 6: Leading through Relationships
    • Make a positive impact on your company—and your own career—by learning how to lead through relationships. Get techniques for managing the human side of your work as a leader.
  • Course 7: Prioritizing Effectively as a Leader
    • Learn how to set priorities as a leader. See how to understand what priorities matter for your organization, and how you and your team can take action accordingly.
  • Course 8: Developing Credibility as a Leader
