Course Description
Overview
The course is intended to bring world-class business leaders (e.g., CEOs of globally renowned corporations, senior partners leading McKinsey global practices) into the classroom at Tsinghua SEM to have face-to-face sharing/interaction with students.
Conveying deep insights on new trends across some key themes of business functions (e.g.,
strategy, operations, organization, corporate finance, marketing, technology, and sustainability), and adopting a field-and-forum approach, the course is designed to equip students with new knowledge drawn from leading real business practices, with global perspectives.
CXOs of global companies and experts in corresponding fields in the consulting industry work together to provide students with the best practices and core analysis framework of leadership from a global perspective through discussions on core topics such as strategy, operations, organization, finance, market, and digital challenges. .
The first-line experience and personal charisma of international business leaders are not to be missed. The course can systematically help students deeply understand leadership issues in specific situations such as organizational change, promoting innovation, and crisis management, and build core capabilities to solve problems.
