    • This session will cover mindfulness in listening, speech, and thoughts, along with preparing students for performance, and controlling breath.
  • Performance Anxiety
    • This session will cover performance anxiety and analyzing rational vs. irrational thought.
  • The Resilient Musician
    • This session will cover stress in performing contexts, recovering from disappointing performances, positive thinking, and life lessons.
