explains how excavations made, backed artefacts, dated and filed in the historical context.
Which methods foundation walls and fortifications, burial techniques and cult behavior can be interpreted correctly? As can be seen, where an excavation is reasonable? What techniques archaeologists use for finding, mountains and preservation of the finds? These and other questions are answered in this course.
What will I learn in this course?
- You are able to reproduce the historical development of the Hanseatic League.
- Using basic archaeological methods, you can classify and interpret historical finds.
- You are able to discuss the science of antiquity and their research in interdisciplinary sciences and methods and differentiated and critically assess historical and archaeological information.
What prior knowledge do I need?
For this course no prior knowledge is required.
