Course Description

Overview

In this 1-hour long project-based course, you will learn about React Basics & Theory, Initialization, React Router, Components, Hooks, State, and deployment with Netlify. You should know basic HTML & CSS before beginning this project. For development, your cloud desktop will come installed with Visual Studio Code. Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.

Syllabus

  • Intro to ReactJS
    • By the end of this project, you will create and deploy a Web App using ReactJS that displays data in a table, which can be updated or deleted by the user. We will go through multiple ways to initialize a React app, then build on it using functional components and React Hooks to work with modern React development methodologies. Moreover, we will look at a basic overview of React Router. In the end, we'll finally deploy our newly created web app to Netlify to make it available to the public.
