Course Description
Overview
Unconscious bias is present in each and every one of us. It drives our decision making process both professionally and personally, often in a negative direction, due to a lack of awareness of our own belief system. This often contradicts our conscious values. The presentation will provide an overview of unconscious bias and its effects.

At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants will be able to identify unconscious bias in themselves as well as system wide in order to make conscious changes for overall positive outcomes.
