Some patients with IBD do not receive preventive health as regular patients and the goal of this presentation is to provide up to date practice for care of patients with IBD.

Syllabus

After participating in this activity, the learner should be better able to: 

  • Describe the management goals for IBD
  • Outline health maintenance for patients with IBD
  • Recognize the side effects of medications used to treat IBD
  • Comprehend the Impact of COVID-19 on care of patients with IBD
