Overview
The International Hospitality Management MicroMasters program offers a new way of nurturing talents for the dynamic global hospitality and tourism industry.
This program is designed to develop leaders for the global hospitality and tourism industry. You will gain in-depth knowledge about the luxury market, the latest technologies in the field, and the best marketing, human resources, and other important business practices.

Understand essential human resources concepts and theories and analyze contemporary issues in the management of human capital.
Course 2: Managing Marketing in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry
Learn the latest principles and theories in marketing and how to apply them to the hospitality and tourism industry.
Course 3: Innovation and Technology Management in Tourism and Hospitality
Learn about information and communication technologies [ICTs] and innovations in the hotel and tourism industries.
Course 4: Luxury Management
Understand the power of a luxury brand and gain the business skills needed to provide premium goods and services within the hotel and tourism industry

You will analyze the essence of a luxury brand and learn marketing techniques and trends to better position your services. You will learn how luxury brands are created and how to properly communicate the value of your brand.
