Overview
In this course, students will learn key aspects of light that can be used to innovate better products. Key concepts such as range finding (how far away something is) and non-visual spectrum sensing will covered.
A brief and interesting background on the history of light will help shed some light on some related engaging questions like, “can we go faster than the speed of light?”
The course will also focus on how to use the properties of light to develop new optical and robotic systems.
