Course Description
Overview
This course is an introductory course for a systematic understanding of the Chinese economy. It is also an introductory course for lifelong participation in China’s economic reform and promotion of China’s economic development. This course is based on Chinese history and China's national conditions, takes China's economic development and reform as the main line, displays the development context of China's modernization construction, and explores the theory and practice of socialist economics with Chinese characteristics. This course comprehensively uses the perspectives of big history, international comparison and theoretical analysis to comprehensively examine the characteristics of China's economic development, rationally analyze the historical process of China's economic development, summarize the process, experience and achievements of reform and opening up, and enhance the understanding of China's economic development. Understand major economic issues such as planning and market. Understand the basic theories and cutting-edge perspectives of the Chinese economy.
