Overview
In this 2-hour long project-based course, you will learn how to develop a sales account management plan metrics tracker in Google Sheets. This tracker will allow you monitor your sales account management action plan and ensure your metrics are tracked and assessed. This project will support anyone in account management and client relationship management seeking to track their preferred metrics.
