Overview

This course from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business teaches you how to build and cultivate a truly diverse and inclusive organization and leadership style.

Based on Dr. Mikki Hebl and Dr. Eden King’s extensive teaching and research in the science of organizational diversity, you’ll explore practical talent management and organizational strategies to attract, select and retain talent in order to cultivate diversity within your organization.

The course also explores ways to enhance the quality of the employee selection process and addresses practical strategies for doing so. The final module concludes with expert-led ways in which to reduce employee attrition and retain diverse groups of employees, by creating opportunities for growth and authentic organizational spaces that allow diversity to flourish.
