Masters Degree in Information Technology Leadership

Deakin’s professional practice IT degrees offer a credible, assessed alternative to standard university learning.

This program is ideal for busy professionals who want to provide evidence of their knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. This is then assessed to obtain a suite of credentials that recognise their professional expertise.

The Deakin Masters degree consists of two programs, 10 Professional Practice credentials and a capstone (equivalent to two programs). You can complete the degree in two years or less depending on your individual circumstances but have up to five years if you need more time.

At the start of your degree we will help you to develop a plan for completing units and credentials that meets your particular needs.

Demonstrate a broad and coherent knowledge of the IT discipline, including its dynamic environment, with expert knowledge of the technological aspects of IT Design, develop and implement advanced IT systems and software, and associated policies and procedures for optimal use and apply industry standards and best practice.
