In this project you will learn how to create a survey using Qualtrics . We will create one for Customer satisfaction. This is critical as it tells us if our customer will come back and buy more from us.

    • In today's hyperfocused customer world, we need to collect data from the consumers and then create offerings accordingly. In order to collect relevant and useful data, we create surveys. This task explains how to create one for Customer satisfaction using the tool Qualtrics.
