Course Description
Overview
Managing stakeholders is a critical piece of project management. In this project, you will create a Stakeholder Management Plan that helps the project manager and the project team track who is involved in the project, their individual roles, and how often they will receive updates. This Stakeholder Management Plan will be created in Google Docs.
Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.
