Course Description

Overview

By the end of this project, you will be able to create a Project Charter in Google Sheets to manage and improve your task management. You will be learning how to organize a work space to improve the performance and efficiency. You will be learning DMAIC process flow through Six Sigma. This will add to our task management to create a visualized workload to increase efficiency in the workplace.

Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.
