Power up, shape your body and become a more fit you with this powerful pyramid workout that will sculpt your entire body. This workout is interval-based: seven rounds of cardio and strength drills, starting with one exercise for the first round, then adding a new exercise for each consecutive round before working up to a fat-frying seven-move workout. This pyramid workout is tough but one of the most effective for a reason; it sneaks up on you! As you progress through the moves you’ll be breathing heavy and sweating.
Pyramid Power is an interval-based workout involving periods of intense work followed by periods of rest. Interval workouts challenge the heart, increase strength, and give your body a metabolic boost. This pyramid workout will keep your mind active, your feet moving, and your heart pumping.
Pyramid Power uses athletic-based moves that involve all muscle groups, including plyometrics. You’ll do skaters, goblet squats, and army crawls, just to name a few. This pyramid workout is full of powerful exercises that will work your entire body and help you torch calories fast. There’s no shortage of fun or intensity in this high-energy, unique workout that will have you testing your limits and climbing up the pyramid of power.
You’ll find that doing intervals will strengthen your heart, strengthen your muscles, increase your endurance and burn a ton of calories at a faster rate. Chris motivates you every step of the way and will provide modifications to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey.
