The course is designed to equip Salesforce administrators and app builders with advanced skills in deploying applications and customizations across Salesforce environments. Building upon foundational Salesforce knowledge.
Prerequisites for this course include a solid understanding of Salesforce administration and application-building concepts. Learners should be familiar with Salesforce setup, configuration, data modeling, and declarative development.

- Gain a foundational understanding of deployment planning principles and best practices, including identifying deployment requirements, setting objectives, and defining success criteria.
- Explore strategies for managing changes in Salesforce environments, including version control, change tracking, and release management.
- Learn how to effectively utilize Salesforce sandboxes for development, testing, and staging environments, and understand best practices for sandbox refreshes and cloning.
- Master the art of using Change Sets to deploy configuration changes, metadata, and customizations between Salesforce orgs, and understand best practices for Change Set management.
