    • In this module, we will build a customer portal site from scratch. We will incorporate features like chat, knowledge management, and navigational topics to create an interactive and user-friendly environment. We will also learn how to publish and activate our portal site.
  • Moderation
    • In this module, we will delve into the moderation capabilities of Salesforce Experience Cloud. We will establish moderation rules to manage community content, set rate limits for user interactions, and configure user visibility settings to maintain a safe and structured community environment.
  • Gamification

    • In this module, we will cover user management and authentication processes. We will explore different methods of adding users, configure self-registration, and implement advanced authentication options like social login and just-in-time provisioning.
  • Lightning Bolts
    • In this module, we will delve into Lightning Bolts in Salesforce. We will learn to create, package, and distribute Lightning Bolt solutions to enhance the functionality and usability of Experience Cloud sites.
  • Scenario-Based Questions
    • In this module, we will focus on scenario-based questions that simulate real-world challenges in the Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification Exam.
