In this course you will learn how Oracle's cloud data platform extends and complements its core databases. Understand how to architect data management platforms that work together to simplify and maximize productivity, while reducing cost and improving performance, reliability, and security.
Syllabus
- Data Management Introduction
- In this module we introduce you to the core concepts of Autonomous Database and the different ways to provision an ADB.
- Database Cloud Services
- In this module you will learn to administer different flavors of Oracle Cloud Database Services including Exadata Database Cloud Service, MySQL Heatwave, and NoSQL Database Service. You will also learn how to create applications on Autonomous Database using JSON, Graph and Spatial Studio.
- Developing in Oracle Database and Migrating to Autonomous Database
- In this module, you will learn about Oracle's maximum security architecture and maximum availability architecture, explore Autonomous Database built in tools, and we will cover the data lakehouse and data mesh architecture on OCI. You will also learn how to migrate your database to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Prepare for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Data Foundations Associate
- This module prepares you for the Oracle Cloud Data Foundations Associate Exam by reviewing key exam topics, providing sample questions, and sharing test-taking strategies.
