  • Post-Production Strategies and Planning
    • In this module, you'll focus on post-production. You'll evaluate songs as they go through the post-production process to learn how various decisions affect the overall outcome. You'll also spend time with your demo mix and incorporate reference songs to your post-production process. Finally, you'll review some terminology to ensure you can communicate your vision clearly with colleagues and peers.
  • Mixing Music, EQ and Achieving Balance
    • In this module, you'll begin analyzing ways to mix your demo to achieve the emotional and sonic characteristics you want to achieve. You'll identify ways to focus your work on specific areas that have a big impact. And you'll work with EQ and compression to transform your demo mix.
  • Evaluating Audio Quality
    • This module focuses on evaluating a demo mix. You'll learn best practices that experienced producers rely on to evaluate their mixes. And you'll evaluate your own demo mix to ensure your work is on track.
  • Audio Compression, Audio File Formats and Music Metadata
    • In this module, you'll learn about finalizing your demo mix. You'll learn how to organize your work to deliver to clients and distribution platforms. You'll gain insight on various standards and formats. And you'll understand how to capture and communicate critical details related to your work.
