- Agile Frameworks and Approaches
- In this module, you'll explore the different Agile frameworks and approaches and how they can be effectively applied in project management. We will delve into Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Extreme Programming. We'll also touch on other approaches like Crystal, FDD, and DSDM.
- Final Project and Assessment:
- In this module, you'll put your skills into practice. You’ll reflect on the key learning points that you reviewed during the course and complete the final assessment and hands-on activity.
