Survey of Chemistry & Physics

Placement Level: Eligibility for MATH-542 or higher-level Math course as determined by the Chaffey College placement process. Introduction to the principles of physics and chemistry. Topics include: motion, forms of energy, electricity, magnetism, waves, electromagnetic radiation, atomic structure, bonding, phases of matter, pH and nuclear chemistry, acids and bases, and solutions.
