Overview
Placement Level: Eligibility for MATH-45 as determined by the Chaffey College placement process. Advisory: Concurrent enrollment in MATH-545. Skills and techniques for problem solving using mathematical methods and quantitative reasoning. Topics include: elementary logic; set theory; combinatorics and probability; statistics; and finance math. For non-STEM students who do not need Trigonometry, Calculus, or Statistics as part of their major requirement. Transfer: CSU; UC
