Course Description
Overview
Advisory: Completion of BIOL-22. Mechanisms of disease processes, the resultant structural and functional changes, and the effects of these dysfunctional changes on the body as they relate to nursing practice. The use of the Nursing Process in prevention, evaluation, and treatment of disease outcomes within the scope of nursing practice. This course is recommended for students actively completing the pre-requisites for the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) or a similar health science program.
