Overview
Introduction to the major themes and principles of biology including energy flow and metabolism, structure/function relationships, inheritance patterns, ecology, evolution, and diversity of biological organisms. Students investigate these themes through topics at various levels of organization, ranging from molecules to ecosystems. Transfer: CSU; UC credit limitations
