Overview
By introducing problems that chemical engineers are asked to solve and exploring the reasons why the enabling sciences are required to solve them, participants will gain a better understanding of the underlying disciplines supporting the work in chemical engineering. A junior or senior standing in high school is the only recommended prerequisite for this class. Although chemical engineering is the focus, this course will benefit anyone considering engineering as a course of study in the future. There is no cost for this course, and students will be provided with all required content.
