Overview
Reducing threats to our privacy, security, and personal safety is becoming increasingly important in the current electronic age. As we move into the future, we need to have confidence in identification systems that ensure the security and privacy of our personal information, and biometric technologies is the most ideal solution.
This course will provide you with an understanding of the sciences and technologies used to measure and analyse our unique biological traits such as fingerprints, face, and voice pattern, as a way of identifying individuals. It is designed for anyone who is interested in gaining an understanding of automated biometrics, including current and future technologies that will safeguard our identity.
