Focuses on the behavior of individuals in organizations. Analyzes the psychology of individual as well as group behavior, utilizing the latest research findings and real-world cases describing behavior within an organization. Also focuses on employee/manager relationships, organizational ethics, leadership and communication skills, and employee performance management. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
