Course Description
Overview
Prepares students for participation in cybersecurity competitions. Covers major ethical and legal issues concerning online safety, open-source intelligence, and cryptography. Students gain insight into computer hardware, computer architecture, and networking. Students participate in practice and live competitions using virtual machines to develop concentration and collaboration. Emphasis on active learning. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
