Overview
Teaches technical and problem-solving skills used by sales representatives, administrators, and office administrative assistants in current customer relationship management (CRM) technology, including system and security settings, data modeling, standardization and automation of sales, marketing, communication, and workflow. Some of the class hours for this course may be scheduled as To Be Arranged (TBA). May be offered in a distance-learning format.
