The Supporting and Sustaining Strategic Change course guides leaders on how to create a broader context that facilitates change. The course takes a thoughtful approach to building systems and processes as well as promoting skills and abilities that support and reinforce the change vision and desired culture.
Discover how you can support your change initiative through a continuous process of planning, monitoring, and leading. Ultimately, you will also explore how to develop a congruent and adaptable organization.
