Overview
In this course you will explore how equality, discrimination, privilege, and power dynamics impact the workplace. Recognizing and understanding these aspects as barriers to equality unveils the disparities that exist within society and enables individuals to challenge their own biases and work towards dismantling systems that perpetuate inequalities.
By taking this course, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of workplace discrimination, barriers to equality, types of privilege, and power dynamics. Armed with this knowledge, you will be better equipped to actively contribute to creating inclusive work environments, foster equal opportunities, and promote a culture of equity and fairness for all employees.
