Course Description

Overview

In this 3-hour long project-based course, you will learn how to build a COVID-19 Dashboard using Dash & Plotly in Python. We will create a Dashboard similar in design to Worldometer. We will start off by looking at key concepts of the Dash Framework. We will then move to the building our dashboard, we will first look at the data we will be using then we will look at creating Single Number Indicators for Confirmed cases, Recovered cases & Total Deaths. We will then move to create Cards to add Statistical data.

We will then look at how to add dropdowns and interact with line graphs for time series of confirmed and recovered in different countries. We will then look at how to create Interactive tables in Dash. We will then move on to create geoplot of confirmed cases across the world.

We will then look at radio buttons and plotting vaccinations data using scatter plots and bar graphs. Finally we will look at how to add news with images using bootstrap Cards.



Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.
