Overview
By the end of this project, you will create a fully automated CRM to track all your leads using Google sheets. In this project, You will be able to keep track of all the leads that come into your company. You will be able to identify the status and the source of each lead and who is the agent responsible for each lead. You will be able to save time each month pulling reports which means you get to focus on actionable insights. Moreover, you will be able to acquire the basics of using Google sheets to build your CRM, you will be able to connect Google sheets, apply formatting, data validation and formulas. This CRM will help you and your company advance in the number of sales and will help you achieve all your targets as well as increase the efficiency of your sales agents
