By the end of this project, you will be able to:

- research information about target users for your product
- build a data based user persona for your product
- uncover customer pain points
- map out your customer's journey
- ideate on how to improve your customer experiences
- share your customer journey map with stakeholders

Using UXPressia, you will create a customer journey map for a user who wishes to buy a car online.

This process is important because it helps various teams across a company gain a better understanding of the experience prospective customers have with their products, with a view to improving them.
