Overview
The AWS Learning Series: Developer Jumpstart is a two-course professional certificate that prepares a learner for developing on AWS. The certificate begins with AWS Cloud Technical Essentials, providing an introduction to the essential AWS products, services, and common solutions. We’ll cover the fundamental concepts of compute, database, storage, networking, monitoring and security that learners and professionals will need to know when working with AWS.
We’ll teach experienced developers how to programmatically interact with AWS services to build web solutions in the course: Developing on AWS. We’ll guide you through a high-level architectural discussion on resource selection and dive deep into using the AWS Software Development Kits (AWS SDKs) and Command Line Interface (AWS CLI) to build and deploy your cloud applications.
Syllabus
Course 1: AWS Cloud Technical Essentials
Kick off your cloud career by learning the fundamentals of AWS products, services, and solutions and basic concepts of database, storage, networking, security and cloud computing.
Course 2: Developing on AWS
This course teaches experienced developers how to programmatically interact with AWS services to build web solutions. It guides you through a high-level architectural discussion on resource selection and dives deep into using the AWS Software Development Kits (AWS SDKs) and Command Line Interface (AWS CLI) to build and deploy your cloud applications.
