In this course, you will learn how to gather information about Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) for MySQL. You can use this information to help troubleshoot common issues and provide effective support case details if you need to escalate to Amazon Web Services (AWS) Support.
This course will empower you to independently address support issues and potentially expedite resolution through shared troubleshooting approaches. This training content will supplement, not supplant, existing customer-facing documentation. It is intended to proactively provide opportunities to familiarize yourself with available content and approaches before an emergency need arises.
