This course will help you understand how to access Amazon CloudWatch and use CloudWatch Logs to create insights, metric filters, dashboards, and alarms to monitor and troubleshoot the performance of your Amazon Connect contact center.

- Log AWS Lambda functions to automatically monitor and report through CloudWatch.
- Create alarms and dashboards to monitor metrics and send alerts.
